Beside pilgrimage it is full of adventure the trails would take you Delhi to the Himalayas of Garhwal and Kumaon The tour continues northwest to Haridwar, Rishikesh, Deoprayag, Rudraprayag, Kausani, Chowkori, Patal-Bhuveshwar, Jageshwar, Almora, Ranikheth, Nanital, Corbett National Park etc. Rishikesh (348m) - Rishikesh is the city of saints and gateway to Garhwal Himalayas. It has various temples out of which some are ancient as Bharat Mandir. It is a centre for yoga, Meditation and adventure tourism like trekking and white water rafting. Deoprayag (618m) ? Deoprayag has an ancient Ram Temple, confluence of rive Alaknanda and Bhagirathi. Patal Bhuvaneswar cave is miracle on earth . It is 120 feet long cave carved by nature . This cave was discovered by Adi Shankar Charya. To enter the cave is the real adventure. It is not so easy to go into the cave, but once you are there you will feel spiritual energy and will be blessed by The God.
Rudraprayag (610m) ? Rudranath Mandir ,confluence of river Alaknanda and Mandakini.
Kausani (1890m) ? A very close panorama of the himalayan peaks while sunset and sunrise can be seen through the wide green valley of Katyur. Mahatama Gandhi stayed here for some time. It is the birth place of Sumitra Nandan pant a ?great nature poet?. Kausani also has the distinction of having provided eminent Indians with inspiration. There are many Ashrams also.
Chowkori (2010m)- The vista of the greater Himalayan Range Trishul, Nanda devi, Nanda kot is fabulously wide and close here .

Jageshwar (1870m) - Counted among the 12 Jyotilingas in the country. Jageshwar lies in a beautiful narrow valley hedged by monarch sized, ancient deodars of the hundred small and large shrines of this complex the three outstanding ones, in terms of sculpture are dedicated to Jageshwar temple sports sculpted dwarpals or doorkeepers at this entrance

Corbett national park (400 to 1100m) ? This is one of the best wild life sanctuaries, commemorating the celebrated hunter Jim Corbett. It spreads over 526 sq km. of forested area. The wildlife here of consists of (618m) Tigers, Panthers, Wild bear, Sloth bear, Elephant, Deer, Python and Crocodiles among others. An astonishing number (585) of bird species has been spotted in the park, wildlife viewing can be done from watch towers, photography and angling permitted.

Rajaji National Park - The Park is spreaded in a area of 820sq km's The parks altitude vary between 300 mts to 1000 mts above the sea level. The holy river Ganga flows through the park and provides ample opportunity to have a closer look at the aquatic life. The park has large populations of Elephants, Tigers, Leopards, Deer's, Spotted Deer's, Sambars and Barking Deer's.
