Single Room Accommodation
Single Room accommodation is suitable for two persons. It will consists of one room of an approximate size of 15? x 12? with attached kitchen of the size 8? x 7? and one veranda of size 13? x 8? . Total area should be appx. 425-sq. ft. besides being well ventilated; every accommodation will be furnished with two beds, two chairs, one table with lights and electric fans. Total cost of apartment shall be Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only).

Twin Room Accommodation
Twin sharing accommodation is ideally suitable for two persons. Accommodation shall consists of two rooms of the size 15? x 13? , one kitchen measuring 5? x 7? , a toilet cum dressing room measuring 13? x 7 ? and a veranda measuring 13? x 8? . The total size measures an area of sq. ft. The accommodation will be furnished with two beds, two chairs, two tables and lights and electric fans.The total cost of the apartment is Rs. 1,80,000 (Rupees one lakh eighty thousand only).

Time Sharing Accommodation
The size of all facilities on time Sharing basis will be the same as that of twin sharing basis. Life member facilities for each time sharing basis accommodation is Rs 25000/-. Every member during his lifetime can stay in the accommodation for 25 days every year. The person availing this facility shall also be entitled to all facilities in the retreat

If one is not using his accommodation in a given year he can authorize any of his friends and relatives to use the same accommodation for his allotted time period giving prior intimation and taking approval of the Management.

If the member so desires he can use the accommodation for more than 25 days at a odation on Time Sharing nominal charge of Rs 50/- per day.

Water shall be available round the clock in the kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Every accommodation shall be properly furnished with a comfortable bed, One Elmira, table and chair.

If one is allotted an apartment on time sharing basis and feels satisfied with the services rendered by the trust he is entitled to purchase the apartment within three years, Rs 20,000/- already paid by him will automatically be deducted from the cost.
